Franny and Zooey

franny-zooey1

Franny and Zooey, two awesome sphynx girls, are looking for their new home. Franny and Zooey were placed in rescue after their previous owner became unable to care for them any longer. They are 8 years old, spayed, vaccinated, FeLV/FIV/HW negative and front paw declawed. Zooey and Franny are both in good health but Zooey is a bit of a chub. Both Zooey and Franny will need to be kept on a strict diet in order to lessen Zooey’s weight and keep Franny in an acceptable range. Their ideal home will have no cats, dogs or children. We are a rescue and will consider all applications but give precedence to local homes that have experience with sphynx and those willing to have them scanned for HCM with a board certified cardiologist (they show no signs of illness but this is an affliction that plagues the breed). These girls MUST go together! We will also consider adopting these sweet girls to a home outside of our state with veterinary, rescue and/or other applicable references. Their adoption fee is non-negotiable. If you are interested in giving a forever home to these awesome girls, please email us with information about yourself, your level of experience with this breed as well as why you’d like to be considered for adoption. We will return email an application to qualified parties.

Leo

Leo

This little guy is named Leo, meaning Little Lion.

Leo was dumped at a local business by irresponsible owners. He was too young to eat on his own and way too young to care for himself. Fortunately, we were notified and Leo is now safe.

Leo is now spoiled rotten and living in the lap of luxury! He is a ball of purrs and loves to spend time nestled against the neck of anybody that is warm. He tolerates nail trims and baths well and has been raised around other cats and dogs. He will do fine in a home with other animals that like cats and with older children.

Leo will be ready to go to his new home immediately after he has been neutered, vaccinated and tested for transmissible diseases. His adoption fee is $75. He will also come to his new family already microchipped, registered, dewormed as well as up to date on flea and tick prevention.

If you’re interested in adopting Leo, please send us an adoption application.
